We do not offer pre-paid return labels at this time. Once we authorize your return, you may send it back to us using USPS First Class Mail (cheapest) or USPS Media Mail (which includes a tracking number).
Return requests outside the 30 day window are not valid at this time.
If your item was damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge. We do require a photo of the damaged item within 5 days of receiving the damaged product. We reserve the right to issue a full refund less shipping expenses in lieu of replacing the damaged item.
