Easy Return Policy
If you wish to return your children's book, you may do so for a full refund less shipping expenses. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the products.
To initiate a return, please email robinswingspublish@gmail.com and include the following pieces of information to the best of your ability:

- Shipping or Billing Address
We do not offer pre-paid return labels at this time. Once we authorize your return, you may send it back to us using USPS First Class Mail (cheapest) or USPS Media Mail (which includes a tracking number).
Return requests outside the 30 day window are not valid at this time.
If your item was damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge. We do require a photo of the damaged item within 5 days of receiving the damaged product. We reserve the right to issue a full refund less shipping expenses in lieu of replacing the damaged item.
